We ate, laughed, played battle of the sexes, ate, laughed. All while the kids played upstairs. I am AMAZED at how great the kids did. We had a few tears by on over sensative 5 year old girl, but other than that is was GREAT. Believe it or not we all lasted until 12. Okay one family went home and one baby was sleeping ,but we pushed the rest of the kids hard. It was a really fun time.
Jackson and Emma stayed in bed until 9:15 and my fabulous husband let me sleep until 10:15. Then my in-laws surprised us by keeping the kids the rest of the day so Dan and I could run errands. It was a great way to start the new year.
